BI-BEATS AUDIO MEDITATION

START BI-BEATS TOOL
PSI EMDR HOME

This simple, audio-only tool can be used to help restore a sense of calm when you feel stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, or even when you are having an addictive urge and want to distract your brain from thoughts about using.

Think of a Virtual EMDR audio bi-beats session as a quick time out from all your busy thoughts and brain static.

A short session can go a long way in helping you to get relaxed and change your focus.

HOW TO USE BI-BEATS MEDITATION

This audio stimulation tool uses simple tones to stimulate your nervous system and also the left and right hemispheres of your brain.
  • You do not need any sort of special skills or knowledge to complete a session.
All you need is a pair of headphones or earphones, access to a computer, hand phone or tablet (iPad), and a place where you can comfortably sit alone for around 5 minutes. That’s it.
  • You may choose to sit on the floor or back-straight in a comfortable chair.
When you’re ready, start the audio tool and let your mind relax. Take slow calming breaths and listen to the tones as they move from left to right.

If possible, close your eyes, but you may also choose to keep your eyes open with an un-fixed gaze on a slightly distant object.

You can complete shorter sessions of around 3-4 minutes, or longer sessions of 10 minutes. Whatever feels comfortable for you personally.

You can even complete a session in small blocks with rest periods in between by using the 10 second, 30 second, or 45 second timer buttons.

Anytime you feel overwhelmed or need a time out from your day, you can do a session. Even multiple sessions in one day.

There’s no wrong way to use Bi-Beats Meditation. Just take some time out, relax, and enjoy!
