Complete an EMDR for Addiction Session any time you are triggered and have a desire to use or act out in your addiction.
Regular EMDR sessions will change the way your brain responds when you are triggered. With practice using EMDR, it will feel like someone has turned down the volume on your addiction. The urges simply won’t feel that strong anymore, and your addictive compulsion will begin to fade away.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOUR SESSION
The EMDR for Addiction Program is not designed for the smaller-sized screens of hand-held phones. A wider screen such as on a laptop computer, desktop computer, or a tablet is needed for the visual portion of the EMDR session.
- Read and follow all instructions precisely
- Find a private, comfortable place where you will not be interrupted for at least 20 minutes
- You must wear headphones or earphones- your computer or tablet speakers will not work
